QC Workflow

How We Control Quality Before Shipment

Supplier & Raw Material Selection

We work only with vetted Thai producers and partner factories; incoming raw materials are checked against the agreed specification.

Production / Factory Inspection

During production, we follow up with the factory on process standards, grade accuracy and packing requirements.

Pre-Shipment Sampling & Testing

Samples are drawn and tested (COA issued for rubber, latex and food products; burning tests for charcoal on request).

Loading Supervision

Container condition, dunnage and loading are supervised; quantity and packing are verified against the packing list.

Document Verification

All export documents are checked before release so customs clearance at destination is smooth.

We state clearly whose certification it is. Certificates shown below belong to our partner factories and are shared per shipment or on request.
