1. Who we are
Bangkok Export ("we", "us") is a Thai export company operating the website BangkokExport.com. For any privacy-related question, contact us at sales@bangkokexport.com or +66 99 272 4570 (WhatsApp available).
2. What information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us through our inquiry forms:
- Contact details — your name, company name, country, business e-mail and phone/WhatsApp number (if provided).
- Inquiry details — the product, grade, quantity, destination port, Incoterm and any message you write to us.
- Technical data — your IP address and the date/time of submission. The IP address is recorded with your form submission for security purposes (spam and abuse prevention) and is included in the e-mail we receive — it is not published anywhere.
We do not use cookies for advertising, we do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not create customer accounts on this website.
3. Why we use your information (legal basis)
- To answer your inquiry and prepare quotations — this is our legitimate interest in operating a B2B contact service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To fulfil a future contract — if your inquiry leads to an order, your contact details are used to execute it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the website secure — form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting; submitted data and IP are processed for abuse prevention.
4. Who receives your information
- Our own export team — form submissions are delivered to our company e-mail (sales@bangkokexport.com).
- Our e-mail/hosting provider — as the technical processor of our mailboxes.
- Cloudflare — operates the Turnstile human-verification service on our forms. See Cloudflare's privacy policy on their website.
- Google — provides Google Analytics 4, the aggregate website statistics service described in Section 7 below.
We never sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry e-mails are retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business — typically up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Shipment documents related to completed orders are kept as long as required by Thai accounting law.
6. Your rights
Depending on your country (e.g., residents of the EU/EEA under GDPR, or Thailand under PDPA), you may have the right to:
- Ask what information about you we hold, and receive a copy of it;
- Ask us to correct or delete your information;
- Object to or restrict our use of it;
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

7. Cookies & Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor statistics (such as which pages are viewed and from which countries) so we can improve our content. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data in accordance with Google's privacy policy — IP addresses are anonymized. We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell any data. Form submissions are additionally protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Our pages link to third-party services such as WhatsApp. When you follow those links, the privacy policy of the respective service applies.
